If a military person dies under the conditions of sub-rules (6) and (7) of rule 83 or becomes disabled under the conditions of rule 85, such "soldier or his family" rules 80, 83 , 85, 86 and 87 will get the facilities mentioned in the same rules equally and not duplicated.
